(A) You must first be a registered member. Once you have registered simply login to your account and click on the sell link.

» (Q) How can I keep track of items I'm selling?

(A) You can keep track of everything you are selling by selecting Members Area >> All Selling page or you can go direct to the Selling page.

» (Q) Can I use HTML when listing an item?

(A) HTML functions are provided, complex HTML descriptions may not display correctly on some users computers and/or browsers.

How to Bid

» (Q) How can I place a bid?

(A) To place a bid on an item login to your account.
Search for item/s using the Category Search, Search or Advance Search options

You can search for items by:
Auction Search,
Country,
Postcode,
Region/State,
Seller,
Buyer or Store.

You can view your search by:
Open,
Closed or ALL Auctions,
Buy it Now ONLY,
Reserve Price ONLY,
Quantity greater than 1

Once you have found item/s of interest, open the listing, enter the price you are prepared to pay or use Buy it Now to purchase the item/s immediately.

» (Q) How can I keep track of items I'm bidding on?

(A) You can keep track of everything you are bidding on by selecting Members Area >> All Buying page or you can go direct to Bidding page.

» (Q) How do I know if I am outbid on an item?

(A) eiStuff will automatically notify you via email if you are outbid (if you have selected this email preference option).

Paying Listing Fees

» (Q) What are my payment options?

(A) You have the option of paying your eiStuff account with one of the following:

PayPal (SSL) instant payment method - Credit Card, Bank Account or PayPal account balance.
Google Checkout Instant payment method - Credit Card, Bank Account or Google Checkout account balance.

» (Q) How do I pay my eiStuff fees?

(A) You can instantly pay your eiStuff fees selecting My Account.

» (Q) Can I pay my eiStuff fees securely?

(A) Yes! Our payment gateway in My Account allows you to choose your secure sockets layer (SSL) payment method.
PayPal is our supported payment method, allowing you to pay using your credit card, bank account (non PayPal account members), or a PayPal account (credit card, bank account or PayPal balance).
Your eiStuff account will be credited with the amount you have paid using PayPal.

	(Q) I forgot my user password. What do I do?
	(A) Simply fill out and submit our Lost Password form.
	(Q) How can I change my e-mail address information?
	(A) You can change your e-mail address information by clicking here. There are 2 steps to this process. First, we will ask you to provide your old e-mail address or User ID, your password and your new e-mail address. The system will then send you an email to verify your new e-mail address.
