know). While we cannot guarantee against fraud and identity
theft we can however do our best to help prevent it within
this site. That is why we have initiated our "Quality
Listing Assurance Program"; this program makes use of our
Seller Verification Process, messaging systems and respectful,
accurate use of our Reputation System.
Step
1: Seller Verification Process- Here's how it works; when
you as the seller registered you gave up some information*. On
the next page is a form asking you to confirm some of the
information that was given during the registration process to
ensure that you are in fact the same person. At this point we
take the information that was given during registration entry
and use a cross-referencing system to verify your identity.
For example, we include but are not limited to some of the
following:
•Verify
Name, Phone Number and Address match
If
we are unable to verify your information, then you will
receive an email being asked to provide additional
information. If you the seller are not able to do this, you
will not be approved. At this point you are welcome to update
your user registration information and resubmit payment for
seller verification. However, if the information given is
verified then you move on to Step 2- Verification of Seller.
*Note:
If you did not give the required information necessary for
seller identity verification during the registration process
you may update your personal data under Members Area --->
My Account. All information given is transmitted securely and
kept private in a secure environment. Other users on this site
DO NOT have access to your private personal data.
Step
2: Verification of Seller- eiStuff.com does not charge
listing fees. Therefore, in an attempt to encourage integrity,
respectfulness towards the buyers we charge a one-time only
fee of ($0.50) to help ensure that all sellers are legitimate
in their listings. Once the seller is approved in Step 1
administration will enable the user with Seller Tools. At this
point when you as the seller go to sell your first item (Click
on Sell at top of Home Page) you will be redirected to a
Seller page. Just that easy. . .
Step
3:- Start Selling! We have categories for everything you
can image and we want you to use them! Enjoy- you can submit
up to two categories for free and don't forget your buy outs,
reserve price, automatic relistings, plus more that's included
just for you. Also, if you have a lot to list feel free to
download our bulk lister and submit them all at once when
you're ready to go. Just that easy. . .
Step
4- Communicating- In an effort to promote a strong environment
and support of our buyers we have included communication
outlets through the messaging system, and a Buyer/Seller
accountability rating system. This system has been updated to
include marks for positive mailing and receiving of items,
payments and Buyer/Seller remarks and ease of communication
between all users. We strongly promote communication as we
believe that a lot of issues can be solved initially through
the use of open discussion. Not to mention you may leave with
an extra friend or two!
